Charging
Our minimum charge is for 1 hour on each job with the exception of shared loads or any valid quote given in writing. After 1 hour, you will be charged per 1/2 hour or part thereof at the rate applicable for the number of men provided.Additional Charges - None
Cancellation - A minimum period of 24 hours is required for cancellation. Any job cancelled by you less than 24 hours before the booked time will incur the minimum charge of 1 hour service.
Liability
We accept no liability for damage or breakage to items which have not been adequately packed or protected for handling and / or transit. We accept no liability for consequential loss, howsoever caused.Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that access at origin and destination will allow removal or delivery of all items (e.g. size of bed and size of doorway). Our drivers are not qualified to remove doors or windows, and in such cases, it is your responsibility to organise a specialist if required.Goods not to be moved
- Prohibited or stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material.- Potential dangerous, damaging or explosive items including gas bottles, paints, fireworks, firearms and ammunition
Customer Warranty
You warrant that the goods to be removed and / or stored are your own property, or that the person(s) who own or have an interest in them have given you authority to move or store the good. You warrant to pay us for any claim for damages and / or costs brought against us if your warranty on the ownership or permissibility of moving the goods is not true.Timing and Delivery
- We will endeavour to arrive at the collection point at the time given to you. However, any arrival / delivery times given are estimates only.- Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for delays in transit.
